Hi, I’m Austin.
I’m a Master’s Level Licensed Psychologist (LLP) who specializes in comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessment. My work focuses on helping people gain clarity about their minds, their strengths, and the challenges they may be facing.
Many people come to our practice after years of feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or stuck in patterns that do not quite make sense. Psychological testing offers a deeper look “under the hood,” helping us understand how attention, memory, personality, mood, and emotional patterns interact.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based evaluations that lead to clearer diagnoses, more effective treatment plans, and a deeper sense of self-understanding.
Why Psychological Testing Can Be Helpful
Mental health concerns are often complex. Symptoms like anxiety, depression, focus problems, or emotional overwhelm can have many possible causes. In some cases, different conditions can look very similar on the surface but require very different approaches to treatment.
Psychological testing helps us move beyond guesswork.
A comprehensive evaluation can help answer important questions such as:
Is this ADHD, anxiety, trauma, or a combination of factors?
Could autism spectrum differences be influencing social experiences or sensory sensitivity?
Are attention difficulties related to executive functioning, learning differences, or mood?
Are mood symptoms part of depression, bipolar disorder, or a personality pattern?
Are cognitive changes related to stress, neurological conditions, or aging?
By combining clinical interviews with evidence-based assessment tools, testing provides a clearer picture of how someone’s mind works and what supports may be most helpful moving forward.
A Tool for Self-Understanding
Beyond diagnosis, psychological testing can offer something many people have never received before: a clear explanation of how their mind works.
For many clients, receiving a thorough assessment can be deeply validating. Patterns that once felt confusing or frustrating often begin to make sense when viewed through the lens of cognitive style, neurodivergence, personality structure, or life experience.
Understanding these patterns allows people to:
• Recognize their strengths more clearly
• Develop strategies that actually fit how their brain works
• Let go of self-blame for challenges that have real explanations
• Make more informed decisions about treatment and support
For many people, testing becomes a turning point that transforms uncertainty into clarity.
